Social media’s total audience will overtake linear TV’s in 2025 and Creators are the leading drivers of online engagement (eMarketer).This is a huge shift in advertising that we’ve anticipated from the start. Even though we started as an influencer agency, in 2024 we grew into Whalar Group with six interrelated companies put Creators at the center of everything they do: A Creator and social agency (still the most awarded, globally). A talent management company (that acquired a UK team and roster). A physical campus for Creators (secured founding partners). An operating system for talent management (launched to instant awards and astounding feedback). A venture studio (launched first Creator brand from scratch to six-figure sales from 139 countries). A gaming studio (breaking Fortnite records with playable monuments). Our transformation into a Creator ecosystem was called “ingenious” and “strategically astute”. We agree, revenue grew 19%. Additionally, as co-chairs of the Influencer Marketing Trade Body, we updated ISBA standards to ensure the ethical growth of our industry. Our Co-Founder/Co-CEO was inducted into the AAF Hall of Achievement. We made waves. And we did it all whilst running a reverse gender pay gap with women earning 8.3% more than men at Whalar Group.
