Tom Otton, Founder and CEO of Create, has led the agency from a grassroots startup to an internationally recognized strategic digital communications powerhouse. Under Tom's leadership, Create. has secured landmark partnerships with high-profile clients including the Public Investment Fund, Dubai Economy and Tourism, The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi, NEOM, Emirates Airline, and Volkswagen.
