Centralised Strategy. Localised Approach. This has been The Goat Agency’s global mission for 2024, as we aimed to achieve our ambition of becoming the only truly globally scaled influencer agency in the world.

Over the past 12 months, we’ve increased our global footprint to 550 employees worldwide, we’ve expanded into 2 more markets (37 in total), we’ve won awards and industry recognition for our work with the likes of Mars Wrigley, John Deere, Rum Stripe, Persil, NIVEA and ODEON, and we’ve increased our billings by 50% YoY. And with 246 campaigns, 40,000 pieces of content, and 2.6 billion views under our belt, it’s been a massive year! But it all comes back to the mission. We’ve invested heavily in our proprietary data tool Ibex, and our partnerships with Google, Amazon, Meta, TikTok and Snapchat, and also created internal processes and investment to enable us to build centralised data-led influencer and measurement for our clients, whilst still operating locally with a nuanced understanding of each market’s culture and language. Within the industry itself, our own content and events are setting the standard for other agencies - we’re the most followed influencer agency in the UK and US for a reason!
