In 2024, we introduced our “RESET” program—anchored by four core values: Belief, Courage, Hunger, and Collaboration—to elevate our workplace and transform how we attract, retain, and empower talent. Through data-informed listening, we systematically gathered feedback via engagement surveys, new-hire check-ins, and stay interviews, ensuring our people’s voices shaped every initiative.We created programs like “Women & Working Mothers at TBWA\RAAD,” extending paid maternity leave and offering extra remote-work days, boosting female employees’ eNPS and driving a more inclusive, family-friendly culture. We also introduced “We Win, You Win” incentives to reward teams for successful pitches, fostering greater collaboration and equity across the agency. These efforts have translated into tangible successes: resignations dropped by 62%, female promotions nearly tripled, and overall engagement soared by 14 points.
