We launched our new product set to provide solutions for clients for an evolving environment. We continued our investment in our greatest asset, our people, providing the industry’s most comprehensive learning programme across all seniority levels. The strategy sees another year of the right metrics moving up (growth, new business, female leadership, Asia’s only Innovation Gold Lion) as well as the right metrics moving down (talent turnover and revenue from ‘traditional ‘sources).
