In three years, Talented has evolved from being one of India’s newest hotshops to what is now home to some of the most coveted creative talent and iconic brands. The agency is employee-owned and was founded as a ‘response’ to the industry’s doubts about its own future by taking necessary bets against long-standing industry challenges like inadequate pay, lack of ownership, fixing burnout culture and most importantly - our irrelevance. The big bet? That the positive effects of the agency policies will trickle down to the work and result in the greatest group of Creatives in Indian advertising over the next few years.
