Since 2009, RICE has grown from its humble beginnings as a boutique agency to an award-winning, mid-sized consultancy with 56 full-time employees across our Singapore, Myanmar and Hong Kong offices. In 2021, the pandemic may have persisted, but we never let up on our focus of being people-centric – stepping up our efforts around workplace culture and employee wellbeing, and fostering meaningful relationships remained our top priorities.

Our big, hairy, audacious goal has always been to be the best communications consultancy to work for and with. We’re a work in progress but we believe that we've made considerable strides.
