In 2024, OMD EMEA reclaimed its position as the largest media agency network in Europe, achieving $10.1Bn in billings. This success was driven by our focus on digital innovation and AI integration. We secured 120+ pitch wins, onboarding 83 new clients—including major brands like Michelin and Zurich Insurance—and retaining 37 key accounts, such as Lidl and L'Oreal. With $4.5Bn in projected digital spend, OMD became the largest investor in digital media in Europe.At the core of our innovation is Omni, OMG’s AI-driven operating system, which streamlined media planning and measurement. New tools like Omni Assist and Omni Governance automated 70% of QA checks, improving efficiency and reducing errors. Additionally, Brand Navigator and Brand Heat delivered valuable insights, saving time and uncovering deeper strategic insights. Our efforts were recognised with 210 awards, including eight Agency of the Year titles and Cannes Lions’ Media Network of the Year. We also prioritised talent development, with 97% of activation teams certified in Google and Meta’s AI tools. This led to a 35% increase in promotions and an 83% retention rate.
