Ogilvy PR Australia is a team of specialist consultants driven to make a positive impact on the world. We developed a new agency vision in 2024 – ‘Real Impact Is Earned’ – rallying our people around the delivery of engaging and effective work that shapes culture, influences policy, protects reputations, helps businesses grow and drives meaningful change.

We restructured around a consultancy model, investing in specialisation and earned-first creativity that helped to deliver a 12% increase in spending across our top 20 clients during the year. We recorded a 79% pitch win rate, a client satisfaction score of 8.6/10, and a client recommendation score of 9.6/10, winning six ‘Agency of the Year’ awards in the past two years as well as a Cannes Lion in 2024. Notable campaigns included #ALDIcore, which shone a light on the brand’s fans at a time when the wider supermarket industry was in crisis management mode, and the Dove 10 vs 10 campaign, which sparked crucial conversations about harmful influencer trends. We offered a training budget of $150,000 in support of specialist skills development, and continued to build on our position as an industry thought leadership with our annual Futures report and the Believability Index.
