In 2024, Momentum helped brands do more to find their place in culture. IRL, online and everywhere in-between, we created unforgettable experiences that sparked conversation and built real brand love, winning us Campaign’s US Experiential Agency of the Year 2024!We committed to Make It Matter, with a focus on sustainability in our work, diversity in our teams and wellness for our people. We retained industry-leading ISO certification, hired diverse team members at every level and implemented employee-centric policies to improve work-life balance, like No Meeting Fridays and Employee Resource Groups. We saw 100% retention among NA clients and a 67% pitch success rate for significant new business value. We had success not only with legacy awards like Clios and Effies, but also with newer shows that reflect our cultural direction, like a Grand Prize at the ANA Multicultural Excellence Awards. We shared our knowledge with our biggest experience research series ever, expanded our B2B practice and utilized technology in captivating ways.
