This year, we grew with new business but even more so with organic client business. We guided our clients through changing consumer behavior patterns, world conditions, popular culture and generational taste. We won numerous Agency and Network of the Year recognition and awards and made a major leap forward in creative leadership by adding the engineer of Nike’s communications strategy as our global chief creative officer.

We’ve committed significant resources to protecting the physical and mental health and well-being of our employees and their families. We also launched industry-leading Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives that continue to pay dividends with increased rates of diversity across several different metrics, including women and people of color. We launched a new operation dedicated to sustainability and committed to being a Net Zero emissions company by 2040. We’re leading the industry and positioning ourselves for continued success.
