We reward our teams every new business win. In 2021, we topped the R3 New Business League in Indonesia. We also rank #13 in Asiapac, the only independent agency to feature in the top 20. We won 11 new clients - two of them being our biggest - PermataBank and XL Axiata. And we retained every client we had. We grew revenue by 52%, operating profit by 87%, at a profit margin of 31%. Our team grew by 175% to create an army of 110 creative warriors. All this, in 3 years since our launch, and you bet, we're hungry for more!
