Citizen enjoyed a year of unprecedented success in 2023. With 85+ awards from Cannes Lions to Webbys, and double-digit growth amidst an industry slowdown - there's a lot to be proud of. Citizen ramped up its offerings, with our digital team continuing to help modernize our PR offering through the launch of a suite of AI-powered services, forming a new Creator Marketing team and hosting an event for brand leaders on revolutionizing earned communications.

Along with 50 new full-time hires, Citizen opened the doors to a Cincinnati office and has also now expanded in Germany. The agency welcomed 55 new clients worldwide, won through existing relationships and backed by a dedicated marketing and growth team. We’re also proud that many of our agency leaders and professionals took home individual industry awards throughout the year as well.
